I was turned on to the Highland Park, California metal band Huntress after the release of their last album, 2013"s Starbound Beast. The band"s substantially unique mix of traditional metal, groove and libido laden lyrics delivered by a classically trained vocalist combined with a tricked-out visual approach had me singing their praises to anyone who would listen.
